The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of operational tools, API integrations, and self-service capabilities that empower users and partners.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Gather and prioritize requirements, developing practical and scalable solutions
  • Lead API integrations and automation, working closely with engineering teams
  • Develop deep domain expertise, understanding business needs and market trends
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication between engineering, operations, and external vendors
  • Build self-service tools to improve efficiency and enhance the user experience

Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker with strong communication skills
  • 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or marketplace products
  • Strong technical understanding of API integrations, automation, and workflow optimization
  • Experience working with engineering teams to define and deliver scalable solutions
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into product requirements
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management, working cross-functionally with operations, business, and tech teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform decision-making
  • Passion for building self-service tools that improve user experience and operational efficiency
