The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead our high-rise project initiatives. As a key member of our design team, you will contribute to developing innovative solutions for clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive project outcomes from concept to completion.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Promote and implement sustainable design practices and strategies.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members in project management, collaboration, and client service.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in high-rise projects, preferably as a senior architect or project manager.
  • Deep understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction methods.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Achieved LEED or equivalent certification (desired).
