Health and Safety Manager

JASARA PMC is a leading provider of project management services, seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented and committed professional who can ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement HSE Policies: Create, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Risk Assessments and Audits: Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Incident Investigations: Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop preventive measures.
- HSE Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Safety Training and Education: Deliver safety training and educational programs for employees and subcontractors.
- Record Keeping: Maintain clear and accurate records of safety-related documentation, reports, and statistics.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in infrastructure projects.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, policies, and best practices; excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
