Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hospitality Ambassador in our Tamayyaz Program. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our customers feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring that they feel at ease and comfortable in our establishment.
  2. Menu Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including promotions and special deals, to effectively recommend and upsell to guests.
  3. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with guests, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  4. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
  5. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing guest needs and priorities.
  6. Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of guest service, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only.
  2. Education: Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
  3. Language: Basic English skills are a must.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong passion for the hospitality field.
  5. Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team, contributing to and proactively assisting colleagues.
  6. Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
  7. Attention to Detail: Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous under pressure.
