  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving regulations and provide recommendations as needed to maintain organizational agility.
  • Support incident response planning and management from a privacy perspective.
  • Participate in client engagements and pre-sales activities to present tailored solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Information Security, Data Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or legal advisory roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing regulatory frameworks is essential; knowledge of international standards is desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of data lifecycle management, data sharing, and risk assessments.
  • Familiarity with compliance management tools is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications (Preferred):
  • CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT certifications by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
  • Relevant PDPL-specific training or certifications if applicable.
