About the Opportunity

Job Description:

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a Corporate Learning Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assess organizational training needs by collaborating with management and staff to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  2. Conduct surveys, interviews, and assessments to gather data on training needs and effectiveness, developing and designing training programs and materials accordingly.
  3. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and online, evaluating their effectiveness and implementing improvements.
  4. Work closely with department heads and HR to align training programs with organizational goals and employee development plans, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and industry best practices.
  5. Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and training outcomes, preparing and presenting reports on training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in training program development, facilitation, and evaluation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
