**About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned Bid Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will be responsible for managing bids from qualification to submission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply project management principles to bid management, including resource allocation, timelines, risk management, quality control, and governance.
  • Manage all aspects of the bid process, including initiation, planning, solution definition, content development, response consolidation, team reviews, quality control, management review, and authorization.
  • Establish clear plans for each bid and execute them accordingly.
  • Effectively manage bid resources to develop deal strategies, solution and service architectures, commercial models, and delivery/service management plans.

Requirements:

  • Seasoned experience in bid management, coordination, and implementation.
  • Relevant experience in similar roles within related environments.
  • Experience as a consultant or practitioner.
  • Commercial role experience with significant client interaction.
  • Retailer and collaboration experience to write and edit compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
