Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain the highest level of service quality for guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
  • Clean and maintain all butler areas, including occupied and non-occupied rooms, pantries, stores, equipment, perishables, and stationery.
  • Check the expiry dates of all perishables and practice optimum usage of resources.
  • Liaise with Private Dining to ensure amenities, resident preferences, and other points are taken care of flawlessly.
