Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled researcher to contribute to our research team.

The ideal candidate will design and conduct research projects, write reports and papers, present data, and provide scientific expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and conduct research projects with minimal supervision.
  2. Develop and implement new methods and technologies.
  3. Write manuscripts for publication and participate in grant applications.
  4. Train and supervise technicians, students, and/or fellows.
  5. Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and research independence.
  6. Maintain laboratory supplies, equipment, and materials.
  7. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety rules and regulations.
  8. FOLLOW hospital-related policies and procedures.
  9. Contribute to self- and others' education, training, and development.
  10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

A PhD degree or DSc degree from an accredited institution is required.

Three years of directly related experience post-doctoral degree is required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Demonstrate evidence of scientific productivity.
  • Experience as a co-investigator in multiple research projects.
  • Ability to present original data in conferences.
  • Evidence of mentoring and supervisory skills.
