Key Responsibilities:- Manage and analyze customer accounts, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with company credit policy.
- Close and reconcile A/R related GL accounts in a timely manner, preparing monthly closing reports for customer and collection analysis.
- Support in customer advance payment amounts, analyzing aging and old amounts not collected, and creating aging reports of receivables.
- Prepare customer SOA when requested by the customer or commercial department, communicating with other departments for accurate cost center and CSD bookings.
- Ensure month-end closing is achieved related to receivable and income/revenue responsibilities, including cut-off time for booking invoices, building and reversal of accruals, and amortization of income.
- Support in customer confirmation reports on monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and year-end closing, circulating tracking sheets showing all deliveries not invoiced.
- Ensure all monthly warehouse deliveries are invoiced by the end of the month, attaching copies of customer receipts to invoice copies and filing them properly.
- Prepare analysis for any uncleared accounts from interim accounts, contacting related departments for unclear items and clearing interim accounts daily.
- Proficiency in French and English languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
