This challenging role will involve providing expertise on the PSM agenda programs and driving the development of sustainable process safety culture that meets company and local regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing leadership in project management in a chemical process environment;
  2. Developing, monitoring, and establishing clear accountability for performance against specific site process safety goals and objectives;
  3. Participating in the development, implementation, and monitoring of plant loss control programs such as incident prevention and process hazard analysis;
  4. Demonstrating expertise in applying root cause analysis in process-related incident investigations;

The successful candidate will have 5 years or more of experience as a Process Safety Engineer, knowledge of Process Safety Management Principles and Practices, and expertise in applying root cause analysis in process-related incident investigations.
