Helicopter Operations Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Helicopter Operations Safety Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our helicopters and maintaining high levels of safety awareness among our crew members.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the completion of all safety and issue reports received under EMS operations.
  • Investigate accidents associated with EMS and document the outcomes within required reports and action plans.
  • Coordinate occurrence and hazard investigations associated with EMS operations.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certificate course in Safety Management System qualification, and Certificate course in Aviation Auditor qualification.
  • 4 years of experience as Safety in the aviation field.
Experience & Skills
  • High degree of knowledge within aviation risk-management principles, methods, and execution.
  • Technical knowledge sufficient to demonstrate a solid understanding of SMS within THC's field of operations.
  • Familiar with GACARs and other (FAA/EASA) regulations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
