We are seeking an experienced governance professional to join our team as the Senior Governance and Compliance Manager. This role will oversee the governance framework of our client's Industrial Competitiveness Program (ICP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Governance Framework: Design, implement, and maintain a governance framework that supports the ICP's strategic objectives and ensures compliance with national regulations.
  • Monitor and Report Compliance: Monitor program activities for compliance with Saudi Arabia's environmental regulations, ICP-specific requirements, and energy efficiency standards. Prepare reports on governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Risk Management and Stakeholder Engagement: Identify potential risks within the ICP, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for governance-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Governance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 8+ years in governance, compliance, or risk management roles, preferably within the industrial, energy, or environmental sectors.
