Job Description

The HSE Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing sites comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding health, safety, and environmental protection.

This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.

Main Accountabilities
  • Implement and monitor EHS management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to plant teams to help them understand and implement EHS procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
  • Develop and maintain training programs to educate plant teams on EHS procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with external partners and regulatory agencies to stay informed about changing laws and regulations.
