Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Consultant to join our team at Domo Ventures W.L.L. as a key member of our healthcare division.

About the Role: As a Radiology Consultant, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' medical histories to ensure the various medical imaging procedures will not harm them. You will also suggest alternative medical imaging techniques when necessary, inform patients about the medical imaging process, and use devices such as computer tomography (CT) scanners and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating patients' medical histories to ensure the various medical imaging procedures will not harm them.
  • Suggesting alternative medical imaging techniques, when necessary.
  • Informing patients about the medical imaging process.
  • Using devices such as computer tomography (CT) scanners and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machines.
  • Performing or directing radiology staff to carry out image-guided, diagnostic procedures.
  • Working with radiology lab technicians to perfect image quality.
  • Interpreting the results from diagnostic imaging procedures to determine diagnoses.
  • Communicating and discussing results and diagnoses with physicians.
  • Compiling written reports of results and diagnoses.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
  • 7+ years of internship and residency training, specializing in radiology.
  • Completion of boards and CCT Registration.

Experience: 9 to 12 years

License: Valid UK license as Consultant Radiology.
