**Job Description**

The Data Center Operations Team is responsible for managing the planning, installation, configuration, optimization, operations, and ongoing maintenance of our data center facilities.

Our team oversees systems performance, monitors equipment, and manages vendor relationships.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Cloud Infrastructure Operations Manager, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our data center infrastructure.

  • Available for 24/7 support as needed.
  • Troubleshooting facility and rack-level events within internal Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Hands-on experience in hardware replacement with servers and network appliances.
  • Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage and maintain data center IT equipment, including servers, storage devices, and network appliances.
  2. Oversee the installation and configuration of new equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data center efficiency and scalability.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with relevant certifications and/or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in data center operations, with hands-on experience working with racks and servers.
  • Strong focus on process orientation and experience in developing processes.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in building new data center sites.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with particular emphasis on technical processes and standards.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in highly technical, multi-disciplined projects.
