Construction Craftsperson

CARE seeks a skilled Construction Craftsperson to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding and joining activities on various projects.

About the Position:

• We are looking for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in metal fabrication and arc welding techniques.
• You will be required to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols accurately.
• Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will ensure that all welds meet specified standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials and set up welding equipment according to safety guidelines.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and within specifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder or similar role with strong knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and welding symbols with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with physical stamina and strength.
