Job Description:
As an Integrity and Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and compliance of our security services and asset protection practices. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance and track key performance indicators, conduct investigations of internal and external theft and fraud, and inspire performance excellence among security services team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the integrity and compliance of security services and asset protection practices
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance and track key performance indicators
- Conduct investigations of internal and external theft and fraud, and inspire performance excellence among security services team members
- Meet or surpass objectives aligned with the security service model

Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma/Associate Degree/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Relevant professional experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, military service, supply chain, asset protection, audit, risk management, inventory control, quality assurance, or other related fields
- Proficient with MS Office Professional Suite, including intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills (English)
- Knowledge and application of physical security systems
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
