Position Overview:

The Quality Controller is responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards. The role involves overseeing the quality of raw materials, production methods, and final products to maintain high-quality standards, prevent contamination, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  3. Ensure proper hygiene, accurate attendance, and responsible use of company resources.

Core Responsibilities:

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can conduct regular inspections of production processes to ensure compliance with the company's quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include implementing and enforcing practices that prevent cross-contamination and preserve the nutritional value of food throughout the preparation process.

The ideal candidate will perform product testing, send periodic samples to food laboratories, and oversee quality control of raw and canned food to maintain high standards in final products.

This position requires monitoring operations across all sections, identifying areas for improvement, and providing necessary training and guidance to staff in collaboration with the Training Coordinator.

The selected candidate will ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety protocols, offering advice on best practices for food preparation, storage, and transportation.

Overseeing food handling by aggregators to maintain high-quality deliveries is also essential.

The chosen candidate will develop strategies to preserve food freshness and extend its shelf life.

Monitoring food storage in warehouses, refrigerators, and chillers while ensuring compliance with municipal regulations is required.

Investigating and responding to customer complaints related to food quality, implementing resolutions and improvements in coordination with other departments, is an important responsibility.

This role involves documenting and maintaining records of quality control activities, including product testing and inspections, and preparing reports to track and resolve quality issues.

The successful candidate will develop and implement inspection schedules across the Central Production Unit (CPU) and branches, ensuring that equipment and processes function according to quality standards.

Collaborating with regulatory bodies during audits and staying updated on industry standards is also expected.

Working with the Lean Six Sigma team to optimize operations and minimize inefficiencies is a plus.

Conducting regular audits on procurement activities to ensure alignment with production specifications and exploring cost-effective, high-quality alternatives is another key responsibility.

Auditing technical recipe practices to ensure compliance with company standards is also required.

Conducting audits on packaging units and measuring tools to verify adherence to company specifications is essential.

Regular audits of branches, stores, and warehouses to evaluate practices and provide necessary guidance are also needed.

Assessing hygiene practices and recommending improvements where needed is a must.

Investigating product defects, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions is another key responsibility.

Conducting quality control workshops to familiarize staff with quality standards and procedures is also required.

Staying updated on SFDA norms and industry regulations, ensuring necessary updates in quality control processes, is essential.
