- Manages the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, to ensure timely completion and maximum value.
- Ensures compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and industry regulations through regular audits and reviews.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and address contractual issues, promoting effective communication and resolution.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and databases to ensure seamless access and retrieval.
- Develops and implements standardized contract templates and processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Provides guidance and support to junior team members on contract-related matters, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Monitors contract performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Prepares and presents contract status reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Assists in resolving contract disputes and negotiations, applying expert knowledge and diplomatic skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and procurement processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contract management software.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business practices and regulations is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Valid work authorization for Saudi Arabia.
