- Degree or diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
- Professional Management qualification in the aviation field.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a part 145 organization.
- Minimum 15 years of certifying aircraft experience.
- Total aeronautical experience exceeding 15 years.
