About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 25 years of experience in the offshore sector or a related field, coupled with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the safe execution of projects by developing and implementing effective risk management strategies
  • Fulfill client expectations by delivering projects on time and adhering to contractual requirements
  • Manage project costs, including accounts receivable and contract negotiations, to ensure financial stability
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company, providing top-notch customer service
  • Verify that project execution aligns with company policies, procedures, and systems
  • Lead and coordinate project management teams, allocating personnel resources to achieve project objectives
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and support proposals for new offshore opportunities
  • Negotiate changes with clients while fostering positive relationships
  • Oversee all contracts within their program of works
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing among project managers
  • Develop, update, and implement project execution plans as needed, ensuring adherence to established plans

  • Execute project delivery according to Quality Management Systems
