**Job Summary**

As a key member of the Open Axcss team, the Facilities Project Manager will be responsible for leading the design process for new facilities or expansions, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, and track progress against targets and address issues.
  • Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of required machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers involved in civil works, electrical works, mechanical installations, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, environmental, and other compliance standards during construction and commissioning activities.
  • Train shop floor staff, technicians, and operators on new machinery/equipment commissioning.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Perform risk assessments and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Liaise with external authorities for necessary statutory approvals.
  • Ensure project documents, drawings, and work orders are maintained as per protocols.
  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues during projects.

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading design processes and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
