We are seeking professionals to act as owner representatives on multiple sites across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to supervise government and defense projects. Responsibilities include project management, contract administration, engineering inspections, quality assurance, and health and safety inspection. Bilingual Arabic/English ability is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works under the direction of the resident or area engineer to achieve objectives and desired results.
  • Assists in performing constructability reviews of project designs and specifications to determine site compatibility and anticipated problems.
  • Ensures Contractor compliance with Task Order schedules, plans, specifications, and identifies actual or potential problems.
  • Assists in training and mentoring initiatives by providing subject matter expertise and conveying cultural meaning and intent.
  • Provides translation services for CLIENT staff as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • University degree and one year of experience related to civil and/or structural engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years overall experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Engineering.
  • Level 2 English language ability (fluent) and ability to speak and read Arabic.
  • Ability to use office equipment, such as computers running MS Office, copiers, scanners, and digital cameras.
  • Possess knowledge of management concepts, principles, methods, and practice.
  • Capability to control and manage assigned projects' budget and schedule.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
