Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our team at ABANA Enterprises. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Sourcing Strategies: Create comprehensive sourcing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Implement Strategic Sourcing Process: Develop and manage suppliers to acquire goods and services in a way that aids in achieving the immediate needs of the business.
  3. Identify and Qualify Suppliers: Establish and implement a process of swiftly identifying and qualifying suppliers meeting the product/service specifications, quality, financial, technology, and risk requirements.
  4. Establish and Maintain Supplier Relationships: Prepare process/guidelines for creating robust contracts covering supply, cost, and quality risks.
