We are seeking a highly skilled C4I Quality Assurance Engineer DALMA 178QAE to join our team at Dalma Tech2. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our C4I systems by advising QA management, providing technical support, and conducting audits.
Main Responsibilities- Advising QA Management: Advise QA management on the day-to-day status of all installation/maintenance conducted on C4I systems.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for CONOPS, maintenance, and installation of C4I systems.
- Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits to ensure system compliance, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective action.
- Quality Management: Ensure adherence to quality standards by advising QA management on system status, providing key quality indicators, and monitoring quality metrics.
- Project Management: Provide project management functions for maintenance QC activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Maintaining Documentation: Maintain expertise in QC related documentation, e.g., QA Maintenance Operating Instructions (MOI), and use this knowledge to improve processes.
- Evaluation and Training: Monitor and execute personnel evaluations, provide training to personnel, and augment existing OJT training programs.
- Communication: Generate reports and give presentations to senior management staff members as needed.
