As a Senior Service Delivery Engineer, you will work closely with our technical solution team members to coordinate activities, ensure timely completion of projects, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. You will also be responsible for identifying potential issues and driving resolution to prevent customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and implement technical solutions that meet our customers' unique needs and priorities.
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to maximize the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with sales and Global Services SMEs to develop strategic account growth plans and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain awareness of all service matters and manage customer escalations during high-priority situations.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5-7 years of experience in Technical Solutions Architecture or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Dell infrastructure products and solutions, including Backup Systems, Data Protection, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Data Storage Systems.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to grow accounts.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to coordinate teams across all program activities.
