Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects for prefabricated steel buildings, warehouses, or factories.

About the Role:

  • Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with specifications and delivery dates.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and refrigeration systems, guaranteeing optimal performance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Support the Project Manager in managing stakeholder relationships and resolving on-site challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  2. Inspect sites to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and manage expectations.
  4. Guarantee compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, focusing on prefabricated steel buildings, warehouses, or factories.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, installing, and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards.
