This expert will be responsible for developing simple solutions to complex problems, working closely with our team to apply their significant experience across the fields of claims and dispute management.

  • Applying and developing skills in respect of the delivery of commercial, cost and risk solutions in relation to the field of commercial, claims and formal dispute management on major complex civil, rail, buildings, infrastructure, resources, industrial health and data centre projects.
About the Opportunity

This role involves collaborating with the team to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

The ideal candidate will have relevant bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management legal or equivalent.

  • 15+ years' experience post graduate experience, including a proven track record in project controls and dispute management.
  • 7-10 years' experience working in disputes (claims or expert assistance roles)
  • MRICS or MCIArb status is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in client facing roles, with a strong reputation in the Middle East or internationally.
  • Main contracting experience is highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in Pre-Contract Cost Estimating and Cost Planning Experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in delay analysis techniques.
  • Proven strong technical skills with demonstration of report writing, preparation and interpretation.
  • High level of competence in data management and analysis
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Package (particularly Excel)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, including the ability to write clear, concise reports.

Taking the lead as a quantum and quantity surveying expert requires an excellent reputation in managing complex projects and teams.
