Jasara PMC is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced project manager to lead the delivery of civic building projects. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of these projects, ensuring they align with Vision 2030.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of capital project management, planning, design, construction, and project administration. Responsibilities include developing and defining project scopes, schedules, and budgets, as well as overseeing project contractors for feasibility/concept level studies, schematic designs, design development, permit applications, and internal reviews, approvals, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning and implementation of civic building projects from conception to completion.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Additional requirements include a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the civic/building sector. A proven track record of successfully delivering civic building projects is essential.
