About the Role

As a key member of our team at PayTech Nexus Ltd, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives that contribute to our success in the Saudi market.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing to join our team as a Business Development Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Process Review: Conduct a thorough review of our current sales processes through various channels (branches, tele-sales, digital, and direct sales) to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Sales Training Enhancements: Develop and update sales training materials to ensure our sales teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell our products.
  3. Sales Support: Provide quarterly training sessions to our branch network, tele-sales agents, and direct sales teams on how to sell and highlight the features and benefits of our products.
  4. Mystery Shopping: Conduct mystery shopping exercises to evaluate the quality of service provided by our branches.
  5. Sales Campaigns: Develop and implement sales campaigns to engage staff and customers through various channels.
