We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with excellent project management skills and a keen eye for detail.

The Site Architect will be responsible for managing and overseeing all architectural aspects of our construction projects, from initial concept to final completion. This includes:

  • Developing detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects.
  • Collaborating with the design team to ensure that all designs meet the company's standards and client requirements.
  • Overseeing the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, schedules, and material lists.
  • Conducting regular site visits to ensure that construction is in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
  • Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of materials and services.
  • Conducting regular quality checks to ensure that all construction work is in compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Preparing progress reports and keeping the project team informed of any issues or delays.
  • Working closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to junior architects and other team members.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • An attention to detail and a strong eye for design.
  • Experience working on high-end residential and commercial projects is preferred.
