Seeking a highly motivated and creative professional to develop their skills in real estate market analysis, strengthening our strategic consultancy offering.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough primary and secondary research to analyse real estate market trends, supply, demand, performance, and outlook.
  • Create a comprehensive database of real estate supply and demand in multiple geographies, including historic project data and future pipelines.
  • Provide market segmentation analysis for various asset classes, such as residential, retail, hotels, office, industrial, and entertainment properties.
  • Develop and maintain benchmark templates for comparable projects, used in study reports.
  • Collaborate on developing, delivering, and enhancing our data collection and analysis programme.
  • Analyse market findings and write comprehensive reports on macro-economic and property market trends.
  • Assist in preparing study reports, including sections on macro-economic overview, site analysis, zonal analysis, market analysis, benchmark and sub-market analysis, development programme plan, financial projections, and more.
  • Collect and gather relevant market-led data for project programme plans, preparing phasing plans, developing briefs, comparing competing projects, and more.
  • Prepare lists of assumptions for financial model inputs and develop presentations on studies for internal and external audiences.
  • Actively contribute to broader team responsibilities within the global business, working independently with regular mentoring.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments and share regular updates with the team and business.
Key Requirements:
  • Prior work experience, especially with Big 4 or Advisory firms, is preferred, but fresh graduates with an interest in financial and advisory fields can also apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, chart preparation, and data management.
  • Understanding of real estate dynamics, supply-demand tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Able to work on complex projects, multitask, and deliver high-quality project reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at various levels.
  • Diplomatic and confident report and presentation delivery.
  • Proactive, positive approach, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and develop.
