The position of Procurement Policy Manager is a key role within the organization, requiring expertise in policy governance and process management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Processes Development
    • Create and maintain standardized procurement policies and processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Establish governance structures to ensure policy approval, updates, and enforcement.
    • Analyze data insights to identify areas for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Compliance and Governance
    • Support the completion of audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established policies and processes.
    • Implement standardized policies through effective communication and training programs.
  • Team Management and Development
    • Work closely with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver targeted training programs on standardized policies and processes.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in policy governance, process management, or similar roles, preferably in large-scale projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps and propose solutions.
  • Experience working in cross-collaborative environments to align differing goals and needs with overarching organizational strategy.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic highly desirable.
  • Understanding of the local cultural and business landscape in Saudi Arabia through work experience in the region preferred.
