About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team in Riyadh. As a key member of our Cost Management department, you will be responsible for delivering pre-contract and post-contract cost management services across a portfolio of exciting projects in KSA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate estimation and cost planning advice to clients.
  • Manage a team and provide continuous development opportunities.
  • Deliver assignments competently and professionally, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Manage resources, cost, and time effectively to ensure margins are met.
  • Provide regular feedback to the director on the commissions under your management.
  • Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner, meeting with clients to form strong working relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) is preferred.
  • Previous technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancy.
  • Pre-contract cost management (cost planning) experience is essential.
  • Middle East experience is preferred.
  • Good technical report writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
  • Experience of a variety of sectors, including hospitality, residential, retail, education, infrastructure, commercial, and leisure projects.
  • Experience of managing and leading pre-cost management teams within a live project environment.
