The Learning and Development Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a creative approach to designing and delivering training programs that drive business results, improve productivity, and enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with Operations and Area Managers to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
- Deliver training sessions to associates, managers, and trainers, focusing on skills development, performance improvement, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of training activities, participant feedback, and program evaluations.
Requirements
- A completed Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs that drive business results.
- Experience working with hourly employees, as well as exempt personnel.
- Experience coaching and delivering messages related to performance.
- Proficiency in computer usage, email, MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in additional languages and knowledge of the employment framework within the region are desirable.
