  • Manage the daily functionality of assigned attractions, including start-up, shut-down, and maintenance procedures.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to guests on ride requirements and safety protocols.
  • Monitor ride performance and report any technical or operational issues to supervisors.
  • Assist with queue management and crowd control to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Respond promptly to ride emergencies or malfunctions, following park emergency protocols.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth ride transitions and efficient operations.
  • Educate guests on attraction-specific safety protocols and best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in amusement parks or similar settings, is beneficial. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary.
