Job Description:
OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Design Professional to join our team and lead the development of innovative reinforced concrete structures for various projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineering teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet project requirements.
- Oversee the production of design documents, including calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to integrate design solutions with other project elements.
- Manage project timelines and ensure that design deliverables are met on schedule.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in design management, specifically with reinforced concrete structures.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and regulations related to RC.
- Proficiency in design software such as STAAD, SAP2000, or similar engineering applications.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
