Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Risk Management Strategies

Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate business risks related to all Splonline operations.

Conduct Operational Audits

Conduct thorough operational audits to assess the level of compliance with Splonline policies and procedures, identify risks, and recommend cost-effective controls to mitigate them.

Collaborate with Stakeholders

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including the General Manager, Risk and Legal Affairs Department, and external auditors, to ensure effective risk management and compliance.

Monitor and Report on Audit Results

Monitor the implementation of operational audit programs and report on audit results to the COO, highlighting areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends

Stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends, risks, and challenges, and provide value-added recommendations for improvements to Splonline's operational policies and procedures.
