Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industry Solutions Specialist to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating a strong awareness of Emerson's capabilities throughout the POWER & WATER accounts.

You will understand all aspects of the POWER & WATER industry and market needs, competitive environment, and develop true business partnerships with SEC & SWCC, its subsidiaries, and JV's in KSA and overseas if required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish strong relationships with key leaders within Power & Water segments in Saudi Arabia.
  2. Leverage existing relationships and develop new ones with executive decision-makers to position Emerson as a preferred supplier of sustainability programs, technology, products, services, and solutions.
  3. Develop and manage the execution of comprehensive account plans covering all major business units at both the corporate and site levels.
  4. Manage and advise the work and activities of the Industry Solutions Team, prioritizing and managing the team as a single organization focused on the customer's business.
  5. Ensure BU plans and key initiatives are consistent with account plans and are implemented in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the Power industry is highly desirable.
