Job Summary:

LOIS BUILDERS is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mobilize and Prepare Site Layout Plans: Develop and implement site layout plans to ensure efficient construction processes and coordinate procedures.
  2. Technical Plan Review: Review and understand architectural, structural, electrical plans, and technical details to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  3. Contract Management: Handle contract documentation, collective agreements, and insurance policies to ensure project compliance and risk management.
  4. Quality Control: Inspect and ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques to meet project requirements.
  5. Communication: Handle verbal and written instructions from the Architect and ensure clear communication among project stakeholders.
  6. Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports in coordination with the senior QS and report to the Project Manager.
  7. Team Management: Organize and direct supervised workers, coordinate division of labor, and ensure a clear understanding of project objectives among team members.
  8. Project Planning: Prepare the program of works on a weekly basis and ensure all working teams have a clear understanding of project objectives and timelines.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Relevant Civil Engineering Degree from a University or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Proven experience of 7 years in a similar role.
  3. Language Skills: Very good knowledge of English.
  4. Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
