  3. Supplier Management: Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  4. Negotiate Contracts: Maintain good supplier relations and negotiate contracts.
  5. Department Supervision: Oversee and supervise employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
  6. Procurement Policy Compliance: Follow and ensure the company's procurement policies and procedures are committed to.

  8. Purchase Record Keeping: Maintain accurate purchase and pricing records in the procurement system.

Qualification:

Education:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field may be required.

Experience:

  1. Previous experience in the procurement department is preferred.

Skills/Attributes:

  1. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  2. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  3. Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  4. Supervisory and management experience.
  5. Good communication and time management skills.
  6. Attention to detail.
