Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Expert to join our team at Alnafitha IT. As a Technical Consulting Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical implementations and solution designs within our Modern Workplace services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365, with experience in implementing and supporting enterprise-wide deployments. You will be expected to work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting and demonstrating our services to customers
  • Building scope of work/low-level technical scope based on business requirements
  • Delivering regional technical implementations and solution designs
  • Providing support, troubleshooting, and solutions to complex problems
  • Conducting proactive services with clients through Risk Assessments, Health Checks, Code Reviews, or other similar offerings
  • Reactive and 24x7 Critical Situations support: Reactive services addressing critical customer issues
  • Ad hoc Services: Short and time-limited engagements focused on customer-specific issue remediation or support
  • Workshops and Training: Delivering technical training for customer knowledge transfer and product consumption

You will also be responsible for improving the overall customer experience by serving as a customer advocate within Alnafitha IT and assisting our clients to maximize their investment in technology.
