We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our team at Parsons Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing our Digital Delivery strategy, championing innovation, and providing advice and support to our clients and stakeholders regarding emerging technologies, asset performance, and operations requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BIM documentation aligned with ISO 19650 standards, ensuring compliance with client and international standards.
  • Conduct BIM Coordination meetings, digital workshops, lessons learned, inter-disciplinary design checks, and monitor implementation and performance using Power BI and other online tools.
  • Support the development of work process maps and assess the BIM documentation of appointed parties.
  • Provide flexible cover for the BIM Coordinator team when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from a recognized institution/university.
  • At least 10 years of experience in BIM/Digital Delivery working with PAS 1192 / ISO 19650.
  • Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, Navisworks, and Revit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360 would be an advantage.
