Job Overview

The Material Preparer role is a critical position within the Saudi Ceramic Company, focusing on the safekeeping of received items and maintaining the Store. The successful candidate will coordinate with sales and customers to deliver sales orders efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Organize warehousing of items under the possession of sections meant for other sections.
  • Receive materials or furniture in a timely manner.
  • Maintain safe storage of received items, adhering to company standards.
  • Prepare monthly stock reports and provide them on demand.
  • Ensure seamless communication with sales and customers to deliver sales orders accurately.
  • Perform tasks as requested by the FG Section Head.
  • Foster customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
  • Deliver timely operation activity reports.
  • Oversee the warehouse team and maintain company assets through preventive maintenance.
Qualifications

Candidates must possess a school certificate and at least 3 years of experience in warehouse delivery operations.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Show a keen understanding of organizational roles and responsibilities.
