About the Position

The Exchange of Information Section Manager will play a critical role in ensuring effective exchange of information for tax purposes with foreign countries across all relevant regimes. This involves developing regulations and procedures to enable effective sourcing of information and addressing of queries.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop the operational plan for Exchange of Information in line with International Relations and Treaties business plan and Strategy & Development strategic plan.
  2. Discuss budgeting requirements with top management and provide input to the budgeting process.
  3. Ensure effective utilization of budget and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
  4. Keep abreast of all developments related to tax-related exchange of information (EOI) to be introduced at ZATCA.
  5. Manage the development of domestic tax and customs regulations and enforcement provisions to enable effective sourcing of information.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required. Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience: An optimal of 8 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 3 years of experience in managerial level.
Competencies

This role requires advanced knowledge of rules and regulations, taxation and customs, negotiation and influence, risk assessment and management, and leading by example.
