We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our Accounting and Finance Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Assist the Chief Accountant in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure that all financial reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on a timely basis.
- Assist in the maintenance of the General Ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax and financial reporting requirements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including accounting errors and irregularities.
- Work closely with the Chief Accountant and other members of the Accounting and Finance Department to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Communicate financial information and analysis to management and other stakeholders.
- Education and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Knowledge of accounting software, including Sun Systems and Opera.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
