About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the expansion and growth of our operations across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. This role involves developing and executing regional strategies, building high-performing teams, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and customers.
- Develop Regional Strategies: The GCC Head will develop and execute a comprehensive GCC-wide strategic plan that aligns with our overall objectives.
- Lead Expansion Efforts: Lead the expansion of our operations into new GCC markets, establishing a strong presence and building brand awareness.
- Foster Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and industry experts in each GCC country.
- Manage Teams: Oversee and manage high-performing teams across multiple departments and GCC countries, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or another advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on fintech, investment management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling operations in new and existing markets, ideally within the GCC region.
