We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist to join our team at PPL Dynamics. As a key player in our digital retail operations, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence.

About the Role:
  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Job Type: Full-time

In this role, you will oversee e-commerce management, including market research, product development, and customer engagement. You will work closely with our marketing team to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage E-commerce Platforms: Proficiently use e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Hunger Station to optimize sales and streamline processes.
  2. Web Analytics: Utilize Google Analytics to track website performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize e-commerce strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: Proven e-commerce management experience in the retail or consumer goods industry
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, web analytics tools, and marketing software
