About This Role

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for delivering quality results while motivating and coaching others to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting clear and impactful messages that tell a holistic story about our services.
  • Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities for growth.
  • Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback to drive improvement.
  • Directing teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations.
  • Deepening your expertise by staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Initiating coaching conversations to support team members' growth and development.
  • Making difficult decisions and taking action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
  • Modeling professional and technical standards, as well as our Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
